Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. Replacement Door Springs Code 11
These Auto Openers replacement garage door springs will suit standard garage doors. Auto Openers define “Standard” as being a sectional panel door having 3-6 sections, with no insulation, cladding or timber additions that add weight to the door.
Your new garage door springs will come marked black and red, to differentiate two different sides (i.e. one is left and one is right). Please note that red does not always mean left and black means right, this changes over time and between manufacturers. It is assumed that your installer will be able to tell which is left and which is right when installing.
It is important to understand that installing garage door springs can be incredibly dangerous if installed incorrectly. Please ensure you wear proper PPE, including but not limited to safety glasses & gloves, with no loose clothing. We recommend that only a qualified, licensed professional install or adjust torsion springs by carefully and properly following the manufacturer’s instructions also using the proper specialized tools required.
