Wholesale Garage Doors and delivery partners are adhering to the latest COVID-19 Public Health Orders to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and customers. This includes conducting contactless deliveries and ensuring our packaging staff adhere to physical distancing, hygiene and safety precautions

Wholesale Garage ships products all across Australia and overseas. If you wish for us to avoid using a certain courier, please let us know at the time of order. We will do so where possible.

Shipping Information

Item Despatch:

  • If you order before 1pm, we will despatch your order the same business day. If placed after 1pm, we will despatch the next business day.
  • Your item will be sent via a variety of methods, depending on the product’s size, weight and location.
  • We offer registered and express post as a paid postage method in our checkout.
  • If you order an item under $100 and do not select paid postage, we will send the item via Australia Post’s non-tracked Large Letter service.
  • We will send your order to the address you specify. Please ensure the correct address is provided as we are not responsible for freight sent to an incorrectly provided address.


Requesting A Specific Courier:

We will use a wide range of couriers, depending on your location, the size of your ordered product and the weight. If you wish for us to avoid using a certain courier, please let us know at the time of order. We will do so where possible.

PO BOX’s, Parcel Lockers and Street Addresses

We ship to PO boxes and Parcel Lockers. Please note, that all non-tracked mail sent to a Parcel Locker will be redirected by Australia Post to the physical street address associated with your MyPost account. This can cause a 1-3 day delay for delivery.

Australia Post

Track a parcel sent via Australia Post

When we send an order with Australia Post, you may receive a knock on the door or a card in your letterbox indicating your item is available for pickup from your local post office. A signature will be required for collection.

A re-delivery fee will be charged to for parcels that get returned due to incorrect delivery address or failure to collect from the Post Office.
Please be aware that whilst the Australia Post Express Post Guarantee is currently suspended, it still remains the fastest way for you to receive your products (parcel-sized products only).

 

Border Express

Track a parcel sent via Border Express.

Border Express are our courier of choice for handling oversized or multiple packages. This includes overhead motors with their rails / poles.

If you have ordered a panel / sectional garage door opener and received one part of the order but not the other, don’t panic! Due to the extreme size difference, the two pieces of freight are carried on separate line hauls within Border Express. Normally, the second part of the order will be received a day or two later.

Aramex (formally Fastways Couriers)

Track a parcel sent via Aramex

Aramex couriers have a page that lets you know if there are any service delays in their delivery network.

Aramex will normally knock at your door to obtain a signature on delivery. If you are not at home and the driver feels like it is safe to do so, they will leave the parcel at your door and photograph where they left it.

If the driver does not feel it is safe to do so, they will leave you a card and take the parcel back to the depot. You can then either arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from the depot.

 

Couriers Please

Track a parcel sent via Couriers Please.

Couriers Please will normally knock at your door to obtain a signature on delivery. If you are not at home and the driver feels like it is safe to do so, they will leave the parcel at your door and photograph where they left it.

If the driver does not feel it is safe to do so, they will leave you a card and take the parcel back to the depot. You can then either arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from the depot.

Oversized Parcel Express Postage

Wholesale Garage Doors define anything over 1.1m long / 8kg as oversized. This includes the range of garage door springs, overhead garage door openers (which include a rail), gate opener racking, locking bars and light commercial / industrial garage door openers.

When you select express postage on one of these products, we will select the fastest possible courier to get your items to you. However, this will not be traditional express / overnight postage. To receive a quote on express post for an oversized product, please get in contact with the Wholesale Garage Team.
