B&D Bottom Hinge #0T4516 Assembly
The B&D Hinge Pin (0T3561 / 0T3562 / 0T3563) is designed to insert directly into the corresponding B&D Hinge Link (0T3567 / 0T3569). When fully seated, the pin positively locks into the hinge link, creating a secure pivot point.
The hinge link acts as the central joining component that connects the B&D Top Hinge (0T4515) and Bottom Hinge (0T4516). Once assembled, these components form a complete hinge “knuckle” that allows the door panel sections to articulate smoothly as the door opens and closes.
Correct assembly of the hinge pin and hinge link ensures proper alignment of the door panels, reduces wear on the hinges and tracks, and maintains smooth, balanced operation of the sectional door system. Always ensure the hinge pin is fully inserted and locked into position before operating the door.
