ATA EasyRoller GDO-6v3 Features
The ATA EasyRoller GDO-6v3 has been an automation staple by garage door professionals in Australia and New Zealand for nearly 16 years, with 4 different versions being formed over the years to meet growing customer expectations. The Generation 2 GDO6v3 EasyRoller offers basic, no fuss operation at a low price, with advanced safety features such as slow start / stop, auto reverse and interference free remote controls.
As the predecessor to the GDO6v4, the GDO6v3 lacks some add-on functionality. The ATA EasyRoller GDO-6v3 is not compatible with the ATA SmartPhone kit or WPE-3v1 Wireless PE Beams, and has festoon lighting vs the GDO6v4’s LED lighting. The GDO6v3 is compatible, however, with the iSmartGate range of smartphone kits.
The included PTX-6 remote control features a rolling code encryption called TrioCode128, which generates a new code each time the button is pressed from trillions upon trillions of possibilities. By transmitting across three frequencies, the PTX6 all but eliminates interference problems, meaning your garage door will open with every press of the button. Due to the remotes high security, only your garage door remotes will ever open your gate or door preventing code grabbing devices from ‘replaying’ the code to open your ATA EasyRoller GDO-6v3.
