We are in Albury, NSW. Shipping is free on every order, and express or next-day express can be chosen at checkout.

Made to your opening. Doors are manufactured after you order and ship in two to three weeks. We call to confirm your measurements before anything is cut, then let you know the despatch date.

Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. Whilst B&D Garage Doors recommend the CAD PD to be paired with their own brand of B&D Roller Doors, the B&D Roller Door Opener is able to power any brand of Australian Roller Door, including Taurean, Gliderol, Steel Line, Creeks Roller Doors and more.
The Control-A-Door Power Drive also has a wide range of optional features, including a Battery Backup for when the power is out, PE Safety Beams to help prevent damage to your property and loved ones, as well as a Smartphone Kit for operating your door via a mobile phone or Smartphone Assistant.
