Note: This 90188 battery kit has a 4 wire connection point, designed for GEN1 ATA openers. If you need a 5 wire GEN2 connection, you need the MC0090 battery kit.

ATA 90188 GEN1 Battery Backup Kit Compatibility
This ATA 90188 battery backup will suit any gate opener powered by the DCB-05 GEN1 control board. This is typically seen on the ATA SGO-1v3 or earlier gate openers.
ATA 90188 GEN1 Battery Backup Kit Features
If the power’s out, not being able to open your gate and drive in is a real pain. But, not being able to get out can really throw a spanner in the works! However, If you’ve got a Battery Backup, you’ll have peace of mind. This battery backup powers your opener, including all safety features as if the power was still on. Don’t get stuck without one! The ATA 90188 battery backup will allow you to enter and exit your property when the power is out, an especially crucial feature if you live in a flood or bush fire prone area.
This ATA battery backup kit will hold enough charge for 6 cycles (one cycle = 1 open, 1 close).
