Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. How Do I Program My Toyota Car Key?
The steps are different for the Toyota Camry and Avalon car models so please make sure you follow the correct steps.
Please note: Remotes cannot be programmed with the valet key.
Camry:
- Sit in the vehicle with the doors closed and ensure you have all remotes that you would like to work with the vehicle and the key
- Ensure headlights are off.
- Insert key into the ignition and turn the key quickly from the ACC position to the ON position 3 times and leaving the key in the ON position the third time – this needs to be completed in 5 seconds or less.
- PROG will appear on the clock display
- Press a button on the remote and the hazard lights will flash to confirm coding – press a button on each additional remote to also code these in
- Remove key and test remotes
Avalon:
- Sit in the vehicle with the doors closed and ensure you have all remotes that you would like to work with the vehicle and the key
- Ensure headlights are off and not set to auto.
- Insert key into the ignition and turn the key quickly from the OFF position to the ON position 3 times and leaving the key in the ON position the third time – this needs to be completed in 5 seconds or less.
- The security led will illuminate continuously for 5 seconds.
- While the security led is illuminated, press a button on the remote and the hazard lights will flash to confirm coding – press a button on each additional remote to also code these in
