Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. This Merlin M-802 Remote Control will suit the below garage door and gate motors. Please note, this is only compatible with older Merlin motors that use round, blue button remotes. It will not suit the 430R and 230T operated by the M842 remote controls.

Merlin M-802 Garage Door Remote Features
The M802 remote was the flagship wall & visor transmitter for the Merlin range of garage door openers between 1996 – 2001. The M802R remote control has two buttons, which will allow you to code this remote control into two different door or gate openers. Featuring a dipswitch set encryption, the Merlin garage door remote is programmed by matching the code in the back of your new remote control to the one found in either your old remote control, or on your garage door motor.
Programming the Merlin M802 Remote Control yourself is very simple, taking less than 10 seconds. Our technical support team have created video guides as well as written step by step instructions to help you program in your Merlin keyring remote.
