Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. Ditec Gate Remote SLIM2E-DC Features
The ZEN range of remote controls has been replaced by the SLIM2E-DC and SLIM4E-DC models. They operate the same.
The Ditec ZEN line of remote controls caters to a variety of needs with its 2 channel and 4 channel transmitters. These remotes are available in a range of colors and two operating frequencies: 433.92 MHz and 868.35 MHz, ensuring broad compatibility and user preference.
Versatility is a key feature of the Ditec ZEN transmitters. They are capable of operating with multiple protocols, including Ditec rolling code, fixed code, Dip Switch, and the advanced AES 128-bit Encrypted and Protected mode protocols. This ensures that they are compatible with existing Ditec receivers and installations. Additionally, the remote controls can be configured in standard mode through acquisition from the receiver or by cloning a pre-programmed transmitter. Enhanced functionality is also available through the use of the ZENPAD programming unit and the ZEN MANAGER software.
From a security standpoint, the ZEN transmitters are equipped to transmit an AES 128-bit encrypted signal, offering maximum protection and making them suitable for safety applications by preventing cloning. They come in various colors including Black, White, Blue, Green, Red, Yellow, Black with chrome insert, and Dark grey with chrome insert. Moreover, the ZEN range provides rolling code versions with over 4 billion combinations and fixed code versions compatible with the MM53200 protocol and other dip switch remote controls.
