Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. Ditec Gate Keypad AXK4 Features
The Radio digital keypad 4-Ch offers a convenient way to control gate automation systems with four customizable numeric codes. It provides flexibility in power supply, operating either on a 9 V DC battery or through a direct connection to a 24 V DC electrical control panel.
This keypad is compatible with various Ditec radio protocols, including fixed code, rolling code, AES-128bit encrypted, and PROTECTED Mode, ensuring secure and reliable transmission of signals to the control panel. It can be configured easily using the ZEN Pad and SW ZEN Manager, and is available in two frequency versions: 433.92 MHz (AXK4) and 868.35 MHz (AXK4P).
Designed for user convenience, the keypad features a back-lit interface and an integrated light that displays status signals. The AXK4 and AXK4P models can be installed either on a die-cast aluminium vertical mounting (height: 1000 mm) or mounted directly onto a wall. This accessory is designed to aesthetically match other system accessories like the AXP2 photocells and the AXR7 transponder technology control device, ensuring a cohesive and attractive appearance for the entire automation system.
