Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. How Do I Replace My Citroen Car Key Case?
Replacing your Citroen car key case is very simple and can be done by anyone. You only need a small, flathead screwdriver (or similar tool) and 1 minute.
- Remove the screw in the rear of the case. This also hold the key blade in the car key case.
- On the bottom of the case, underneath the key ring loop is a small indentation. Insert a flathead screwdriver into this indentation and lever open. The case should pop open.
- Transfer the circuit board and transponder into the new case.
- Click the case closed, then insert your old key blade if in good working order. A new, blank key blade is included for your convenience.
- Test the operation of your new car key!
What Is Not Included?
This Auto Openers AOCI-CK06 is a replacement case only. This product will include a key case shell, blank key blade and rubber buttons.
The AOCI-CK06 does not include the car key internals, such as the circuit board. This product is not a functioning car key remote.
