Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. ATA NeoSlider NES-500 Features
Having been in use for over 20 years, the NeoSlider and EasySlider range of gate openers are known for being one of Australia’s most reliable gate openers. By being designed and originally engineered in Australia, the ATA NES-500 Sliding Gate Opener has been built for the Australian conditions and requirements.
As the replacement to the older EasySlider NES24, the ATA NeoSlider NES-500 offers improved add-on functionality. The NES-500 is compatible with the ATA SmartPhone kit & WPE-3v1 Wireless PE Beams. The GDO6v3 is also compatible with the iSmartGate range of smartphone kits.
The included PTX6 remote control features a rolling code encryption called TrioCode128, which generates a new code each time the button is pressed from trillions upon trillions of possibilities. By transmitting across three frequencies, the PTX6 all but eliminates interference problems, meaning your ATA NeoSlider will open with every press of the button. Due to the remotes high security, only your garage door remotes will ever open your gate or door preventing code grabbing devices from ‘replaying’ the code to open your ATA NeoSlider NES-500.
