Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety

Universal Garage Door Hinge #4 Compatibility
Hinges will be numbered 1 to 4 from bottom to the top of the door. There is also a middle hinge that has no number stamped on it, referred to as an ‘Intermediate’ hinge. If your hinge is stamped “3” this will replace the hinge used to join the 3rd panel and the 4th panel. Please note that the hinges are not interchangeable with one another, i.e. Hinge #1 will not suit #3 hinges.
