Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. Replacement LED Board for ATA & B&D. The courtesy light in your garage helps making moving in the night a breeze when you’ve just closed the door. Staying on for normally 3 minutes after the door being operated, you no longer need to stumble around in the dark looking for the light switch when coming home late!
To install your new light module, please follow the below steps.
1. Turn power off to the motor
2. Remove the light cover from your motor
3. Remote the old board and plug in the new board into the same spot.
4. Replace the light cover
5. Turn power back onto the motor and enjoy your courtesy light!
