Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. Elsema PCR43301RE Receiver Compatibility
This receiver is compatible with both the PentaCode and PentaFob series of Elsema remotes. The PentaCODE® dual coding system allows you to program a remote control using the older dipswitch settings, or via digital ‘Learning’.
Elsema PCR43301RE Receiver Features
The Elsema PCR43301RE receiver allows you to upgrade an older garage door or gate opener to work with a new series of remote controls. A normal garage door receiver wires into your garage door motor, using a standard 2-core wire. The receiver then listens for your remote control and when the button is pressed, opens your garage door. This does not affect the existing remote controls at all.
This is a fantastic way to upgrade your remote controls without having to buy a new garage door opener.
