Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. How Do I Program My Mitsubishi Remote?
Replacing the buttons on your Mitsubishi car remote is very simple and can be done by anyone. You only need a small Phillips head screwdriver (or similar tool) and 1 minute.
- Ensure all the car doors are closed, then take a seat inside the vehicle.
- Insert the key into the car’s ignition slot.
- Twist the key to the ‘ON’ position and then to the ‘ACC’ position three times in quick succession. On the final twist, leave the key in the ‘ON’ position.
- Look for the flashing of either the dashboard indicator or the hazard lights as a confirmation signal.
- Press any button on your car remote.
- Observe for a second flash from the indicator or hazard lights, indicating that the remote is now programmed to your car.
- To program additional remotes, repeat the button-pressing step with each one, ensuring the indicator lights flash after each press to confirm successful programming.
- Once done, turn the key in the ignition to the ‘OFF’ position.
- Your remote programming is now complete.
Should the initial programming attempt not be successful, attempt the process again, this time with the driver’s door open. Keep in mind your vehicle can only store a maximum of four remotes.
