Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. How Do I Replace My SsangYong Car Key Case?
Replacing the buttons on your SsangYong car key remote is very simple and can be done by anyone. You only need a small, flathead screwdriver (or similar tool) and 1 minute.
- On the rear of your car key there may be a small, rubber plug near the key blade. Remove this plug to expose two screws.
- Remove the two screwns in the rear of your SsangYong car key, then remove the key blade.
- Insert your screwdriver into the keyblade slot to lever open the car key, then transfer the circuit board and transponder from the old car key to the new one.
- Remove the key blade from your old car key and insert into the new case. Or, you can have the included new key blank cut at a local locksmith.
- Close the case, screw the case closed, then test the operation of your new car key!
What Is Not Included?
This Auto Openers AOSY-CK01 is a replacement case and blade only. This product will only include the car key case and blank key blade.
The AOSY-CK01 does not include the circuit board or transponder. This product is not a functioning car key remote.
