Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. Merlin MS105MYQ Garage Door Opener Features
First introduced in 2009 the Merlin Tilt series, also known as the “MT” series of Tilt, Sectional and Panel openers are one of the most commonly seen roller door openers in Australia. Building upon 10+ years of history, the MS105MYQ offers high quality operation at a low price, with advanced safety features such as slow start / stop, auto reverse and interference free remote controls.
As the model up from the now replaced MT100EVO, the MS105MYQ Commander Elite offers advanced add-on functionality. The MS105MYQ has an optional battery backup option available is also compatible with the Merlin MYQ Connectivity Kit.
The included E970M remote controls features a rolling code encryption called Security+ 2.0, which generates a new code each time the button is pressed from over trillions of possibilities. By transmitting across three frequencies, the E970M all but eliminates interference problems, meaning your garage door will open with every press of the button. Due to the remotes high security, only your garage door remotes will ever open your gate or door preventing code grabbing devices from ‘replaying’ the code to open your garage door.
Older MT models this unit can replace includes the MT5580, MT600, MT800, MT1000 and MT100EVO.
