Merlin 1.0m C-Rail Belt Extension
This Merlin 1.0 metre C-Rail belt extension is designed to extend the overall rail length of compatible Merlin garage door openers for taller or non-standard garage doors.
Standard Merlin rails are approximately 3.2 to 3.3 metres long and are designed to suit doors around 2.4 to 2.5 metres in height. When installing doors taller than this, additional rail length is required to allow full door travel.
This extension uses a precision-formed sleeve that slides directly onto the end of your existing Merlin C-Rail. The supplied straight-run belt then replaces the belt included with the standard rail, providing the correct belt length and maintaining proper tension and smooth operation across the extended rail.
Manufactured to genuine Merlin specifications, this extension ensures accurate belt tracking, quiet performance and long service life.
