Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. How Do I Replace My Honda Key Case?
Replacing the buttons on your Honda car remote is very simple and can be done by anyone. You only need a small Phillips head screwdriver (or similar tool) and 1 minute.
- Slide the switch on the rear of the case, then firmly pull to remove the keyblade. On new key cases this can be quite firm!
- Insert a flathead screwdriver into the key blade channel and gently lever the case open.
- Transfer the circuit board and the transponder into the new car key case. Please note that if you remove the silicone cover, the buttons may fall out.
- Click the case together and test the operation of your new car key!
Please note, some models of this car key has a separate transponder that needs to be transferred to the new key. These intructions assume your transponder is integrated with the Honda keys electronics.
What Is Not Included?
This Auto Openers AOHN-CK13 is a replacement case only. This product will include a key case shell and blank key blade.
The AOHN-CK13 does not include the car key internals, such as the circuit board or buttons. This product is not a functioning car key remote.
