Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. How Do I Program My Ford Car Key?
Programming your replacement Ford car key remote is very simple and can be done by anyone. Please read the instructions first before programming to ensure you are prepared.
- Whilst sitting in the drivers seat, close the door. Ensure all other car doors are closed.
- In less than 10 seconds from closing the door, insert the key and turn to the first click, or position (accessories)
- In less than 3 seconds from turning the key, press the rear demist button 3 times. If done correctly, you will hear the door locks cycle. If nothing is head, start the process again.
- Press any button on your new replacement Ford car key. The door locks will cycle if the remote has been coded.
- Repeat ONLY step 4 for any additional car key remotes. Each additional keypad will cycle the locks that number of times. For example, adding a second car remote will cause the door locks to cycle two times, the third will cause three lock cycles and so on.
- Remove the key from the ignition, then test the remotes to ensure they are working.
Please note, there is a limit of 8 remotes per car.
