Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Elsema Gigalink GLT43301 Remote Features
The Elsema Gigalink remote control was introduced in 2012, as a long range transmitter for hose reels, concrete trucks, elevators and other applications. Gigalink remotes and receivers comes with up to 8 inputs or buttons, in variations of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 8. Futhermore, Gigalink receivers utilize a hardware programming method that randomly selects a code from over 4 billion combinations. With it’s large battery and superior transmitter strength, the GLT43301 remote control has an operating range of up to 350 metres. Other features include:

- 433 MHz transmissions
- Flashing red LED indicates battery is flat
- More than four billion code signal combinations
- No interference from electrical noise and other signals
