Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety

The Ditec LCU control units are designed to offer seamless configuration and monitoring of gate automation. Equipped with a digital display, these units allow for precise adjustments of gate movement, including speed, acceleration, deceleration, and breakaway current. They also enable the fine-tuning of deceleration distance and approach speed for both opening and closing motions. The LCU control units come with the option of expanding functionality through additional plug-in cards, enabling features like self-monitored safety edges, magnetic loop detectors, or Bluetooth modules.
Ease of use is a hallmark of the Ditec LCU units, thanks to their advanced self-learning procedures during installation. They also employ Virtual Encoder technology for constant monitoring of impact forces and immediate detection of obstacles, ensuring compliance with safety standards (13849) with or without active safety edges. For troubleshooting, the units offer a datalogging feature, either via an LED display (LCU30H) or a microSD and dedicated software (LCU40H), facilitating easy fault detection and maintenance.
From a technical standpoint, the LCU control units are suitable for one or two motors up to 12 A (6 A for LCU30H) and are compatible with a range of Ditec products. They come with a 433 MHz radio receiver module (switchable with an 868 MHz module), a removable memory module, and a GREEN MODE function for reduced power consumption.
