Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. ECA REA04B Garage Door Remote Compatibility
This ECA aftermarket remote control will suit the remotes pictured in the main image. Please note, if your remote control is not pictured this may not suit. Your remote must have white or gold terminals, it will not replace the red terminal remote.
Whilst this remote may look similar to other black sliding cover remotes in the industry, this is not a ‘universal’ garage door remote.

ECA REA04B Remote Programming Instructions
First Method: Remote Receiver Teaching Method
1. Take the operational remote control and stand about 2 metres from the receiver.
2. Press and hold both buttons III and I on the original remote for 5 seconds. If this does not work, try holding buttons I and II instead.
3. After releasing the buttons, the LED light on the receiver will turn on. This indicates the receiver is ready to learn a new remote.
4. Press and hold one button on the new remote for 5 seconds, then release. The LED light will turn off to confirm the code has been stored.
Notes:
– This method works only if the WT jumper in the receiver is off.
– To disable this feature, place the WT jumper back onto the pins in the receiver.
– Refer to the receiver image for the jumper location.
Second Method: Manual Programming via Receiver Jumper
1. Remove the “Clear” jumper in the receiver. The LED light will turn on.
2. Press and release the button on the new remote you wish to program for 5 seconds.
3. Return the “Clear” jumper to its original position.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 for any additional remotes.
