Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.

B&D Plastic Garage Door Hinge #2 – OT6559
This genuine B&D plastic hinge #2 (OT6559) is designed for sectional garage doors and is used to connect the second panel to the third panel of the door. Manufactured from durable engineered plastic, this lightweight and corrosion resistant hinge provides reliable articulation between door panels as the door travels along the curved sections of the track.
Garage door hinges allow sectional doors to bend smoothly as they move between the vertical and horizontal tracks. By enabling the panels to navigate the curved sections of the track correctly, the hinge helps maintain proper door alignment and smooth operation throughout the opening and closing cycle.
Designed as a direct replacement for hinges stamped with the number “2”, this component is commonly used on B&D sectional garage doors and forms the connection between the second and third door panels.

Hinge Number Compatibility
Garage door hinges are numbered according to their position on the door. Hinges are installed from the bottom of the door upward.
- Hinge #1 – Between the bottom panel and the second panel

- Hinge #3 – Between the third and fourth panels
- Hinge #4 – Between the fourth and fifth panels (if fitted)
Please note that hinge numbers are not interchangeable. A hinge #2 cannot replace a hinge #1 or #3.
