Made to your opening. Doors are manufactured after you order and ship in two to three weeks. We call to confirm your measurements before anything is cut, then let you know the despatch date.

Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. Why Use Safety Beams?
Photoelectric safety beams mount on either side of the opening of your garage door or gate to transmit an infrared beam, wired to your garage or gate motor. Depending on the position and action of your door or gate, when this beam is broken different functions occur:
– If broken whilst closing, the motor will stop and auto-reverse back to the top. If on a gate, the gate will stop and open.
– When broken whilst opening, the motor will continue to open.
– If broken whilst not in motion, the motor will refuse to operate, preventing accidental closure on a person or object.
When fitted correctly, PE Beams can protect your family and property. Multiple countries regard PE Beams as a legal requirement for garage or gate openers as a matter of safety, due to the potential of injury. The Australian Industry highly recommends PE Beams for installation on all garage doors and are a requirement for Smartphone Kits to operate.
