ATA Shed Master GDO-8 Features
The ATA Shed Master GDO-8 is Automatic Technology’s answer to waterproof automation. With the rise of carports, perimeter doors and other exposed installation locations, the GDO8 comes with an IP24 rated weatherproof housing to keep your door going. The Generation 2 GDO 8v3 Shedmaster offers basic, no fuss operation at a low price with advanced safety features such as slow start / stop, auto reverse and interference free remote controls.
For security, the ATA Shed Master also contains a key lockout system to prevent anybody from walking up putting the motor into manual mode. Unless you’ve got a key or a remote, the door stays closed and secure. A light module is also available for purchase.
The included PTX6 remote control features a rolling code encryption called TrioCode128, which generates a new code each time the button is pressed from trillions upon trillions of possibilities. By transmitting across three frequencies, the PTX6 all but eliminates interference problems, meaning your garage door will open with every press of the button. Due to the remotes high security, only your garage door remotes will ever open your gate or door preventing code grabbing devices from ‘replaying’ the code to open your ATA Shed Master GDO-8.
