Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. Designed specifically for the popular PTX-4 remote control, this kit allows you to easily mount and secure your garage door remote control to your vehicles sun visor. You can also use the included screws ans wall plugs to mount the remote control to a wall or pillar!
Want to know how the remote control works? The PTX4 remote control has four buttons, which will allow you to code this remote control into four different door or gate openers. The Blue PTX4 remote control features a rolling code encryption called SecuraCode, which generates a new code each time the button is pressed from over 4.29 billion possibilities. This ensures that only your garage door remotes will ever open your gate or door, also preventing code grabbing devices from ‘replaying’ the code to open your garage door.
