Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. How Do I Replace My BMW Key Case?
Replacing the buttons on your BMW car remote is very simple and can be done by anyone. You only need a small Phillips head screwdriver (or similar tool) and 1 minute.
- Remove the metal ring from around the remote. This is done by gently pulling from the back of the key, towards the front.
- Press the metal button to remove the blank key blade.
- Insert the screwdriver into the key blade slot and gently hinge the case open. There is a small black loop over the entrance of the key blade, do not lever on this or it will break off.
- Transfer the circuit board and transponder to the new car key case.
- Click shut the case and replace the key blade.
- Click the metal ring back onto the key, then test your new car key!
What Is Not Included?
This Auto Openers AOBM-CK09 is a replacement case, blade and buttons only. This product will include a key case shell with a blank blade and buttons.
The AOBM-CK09 does not include the car key internals, such as the circuit board or transponder. This product is not a functioning car key remote.
