How Do I Replace My Audi Car Key Buttons?

Replacing your Audi car key case is very simple and can be done by anyone. You only need a small, flathead screwdriver (or similar tool) and 1 minute.

  1. Using a flat head screwdriver, genty pry and lift away the old AOAU-B03 rubber button from the front of the car key.
  2. You can now insert the new button pad. You may need to press around the edges with a flat tool (flat head screwdriver comes in handy here) to ensure the button is in button channel snugly.
  3. If you wish for a firmer replacement, you can also add a small dab of bonding agent
  4. Test the operation of your new car key!

 

What Is Not Included?

This Auto Openers AOAU-B03 is a replacement button pad only. This product will include rubber buttons.
The AOAU-CK05 does not include the car key internals or car key case, such as the circuit board. This product is not a functioning car key remote.
