Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.

How Do I Replace My Volkswagen Key Blade?
Replacing the buttons on your Volkswagen car remote is very simple and can be done by anyone. You only need a small, phillips head screwdriver (or similar tool) and 1 minute.
- Press the button to open the Volkswagen key blade.
- Remove the small screw from the inside of the key groove.
- Pull apart the car key case, making sure the key blade does not pop out.
- Insert the circuit board and transponder from your old car key into the new case.
- Click the case back together and replace the screw.
- Test the operation of your new car key!
