Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. Merlin Dual MGADK Swing 200 Features
Primarily a garage door opener manufacturer Merlin has released a number of gate opener models over the years, including the swing WingMate gate opener series and the XLR8 sliding gate opener. The brand new Merlin Swing 200 A offers advanced add-on functionality for todays requirements. The MGASK Swing 200 has an optional battery backup option available and is also compatible with the Merlin MYQ Outdoor Gate Connectivity Bundle.
Suitable for swing gates up to 2.5m wide / 100kg, the Swing 200 is IP44 Weather Resistant and smoothly opens gates with a 120° angle withing 13-15 seconds.
The included E970M remote controls features a rolling code encryption called Security+ 2.0, which generates a new code each time the button is pressed from over trillions of possibilities. By transmitting across three frequencies, the E970M all but eliminates interference problems, meaning your garage door will open with every press of the button. Due to the remotes high security, only your garage door remotes will ever open your gate or door preventing code grabbing devices from ‘replaying’ the code to open your garage door.
