Returns and warranty
Every order has a 60 day return option, including change of mind.
This door is cut to the size you give us, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. Once your measurements are confirmed and the door goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your opening carefully before ordering, and call us on 1300 456 356 if you are unsure how to measure.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a door arrives damaged, faulty, or not made to the measurements you supplied, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty runs from 12 months and varies by product. Auto Openers motors carry five years, and that warranty covers a DIY installation, which most brands will not do. This product's term is in the specifications below.
Battery safety
This product may contain a button or coin cell battery. Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not use it if the battery compartment is damaged or will not close. Dispose of used batteries straight away; flat ones can still cause harm. If a battery is swallowed or inserted, act immediately, severe injury can occur within 2 hours. The Auto Openers series of replacement remote controls are Australia’s most reliable aftermarket remotes, meeting safety standards and requirements that other aftermarket remote controls fail to meet. Programming the Auto Openers AOBD by yourself is very simple, taking less than 10 seconds. Our technical support team have created video guides as well as written step by step instructions to help you program in your remote control. All Auto Openers remote controls feature the code “RCM E4543” on the rear of the remote control. This is a Regulatory Compliance Mark, showing the Auto Openers 4335a Compatible meets Australian and New Zealand Safety Standards (as set out in the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4417).
